Weak Language Skills among Students
Even though there are a large number of "English medium" schools in the country, the language proficiency in English among students is below par. This actually suggests that either these schools do not have qualified teachers or the students are simply not being taught in "English medium".
There are only a few schools in the country where students would be able to speak with bilingual proficiency in English and their native tongue. For example - Students from DPS would score decent if they were assessed on their language abilities, suggesting that students are provided an environment where they can not only learn but also practice English.
What do you think????????

Piracy starts at school
Prices of books are going up every year and as most of the students have to purchase additional books that cover on certain subjects thoroughly, it proves to be a financial burden for many.
This has meant that students have opted to purchase pirated copies of the book or get the original photocopied which saves them a lot of money as compared to buying the book from the publisher.
Even though this is a very common issue, it has never been recognized by the board or the schools as the practice is promoted by teachers themselves. To counter this problem, the board needs to have provide quality content in their books and also do something to lower the costs of the books in the market.

63% of students not satisfied with their result
The polls are still on but data from 22 candidates suggests that more than half of the students expected a higher score in their exams. The board exams are considered to be extremely lenient on the marking compared to the one done in schools so this comes as a surprise.
Is it because of the fact that the students didn't prepare well for their exams?
If you are not satisfied with your result then you can request revaluation of your papers.

Can you predict my cbse 10th results?
Your marks depend mainly on how well you have done in each of your subjects. There is a strict marking criteria which examiners have to follow so they will mark you accordingly and you may be able to estimate your marks by checking if you had answered each question properly in the exam. If you had answered the question correctly give yourself full marks but if you had solved the question half way give yourself marks less than half. That way you would be able to calculate how much you can expect in your board exam results.
